Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the Patchway area of South Glos. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently while ensuring their safety and happiness. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives.

Supporting a male in his home. He requires some one who is confident in being direct but still supportive, he prefers a direct approach at all times. He often masks his internal struggles and requires someone who can understand him and identify when he is masking. He is highly intelligent and has a great sense of humour.

It is essential that his support is rigid in time/day/support worker - this supports psychological management and enviromental control (meaning rigid/strict routines) to minmise mental health deterioration.

He requires clear direct communication, person centred and consistency,

About You

Must have min 1 year experience in health or social care. Must have  a car and driving license, be relaible with good communication. Confidence within the role.
